SECURITY POLICY OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING. GENERAL DISPOSITIONS

This "Personal data processing security policy" is a legal document, in which it is explained in what way the company SC "Şah pentru toti" SRL MD-2084, str. Dosoftei, no. 1a, h. Cricova, municipality of Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, current account 22512646591/MDL, IBAN CODE: MD91AG000000022512646591 collects, stores, processes and transmits the data we receive when we give you access to our platform. The policy was developed in accordance with the provisions of the national legislation in force, including Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011 regarding the protection of personal data and regulates the way in which this information is collected and used, as well as the conditions for the use of information within the company SC "Sah pentru toti" SRL.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA The purpose of this security policy is to ensure the appropriate level of protection of the personal data of the persons concerned, through the appropriate application of national legislation with reference to data protection and confidentiality of communication.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA The processing of personal data is carried out by mixed means (manual and automatic), in compliance with legal requirements and under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality and respect for the rights of the persons concerned. The processing of personal data will be carried out by authorized persons within the company or by other persons authorized under the law. In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011, the subject of personal data has the following rights:

The right of access to personal data;

The right to access personal data;

The right of opposition of the subject of personal data;

By signing a contract or, as the case may be, by using the company's services, the client accepts that his personal data will be processed for the following purposes: — the creation of databases and their use in connection with the provision of services and products (including related services ) which are the subject of the contract signed with the company SC "Șah pentru toti" SRL; — ensuring the execution of the client's obligations established by the contract, by transmitting this data to debt collection companies for the purpose of recovering claims from clients. In order to realize its right of claim, established in the contract, the company will transmit the information to the debt collection companies, the information about the identity of the customers and the amount of the claim. By signing the contract or using the services, the customer expresses his consent to the processing of his personal data. The client's refusal to process this data is equivalent to the impossibility of providing the services.

INFORMATION SECURITY. The personal data security measures are established in such a way as to ensure an adequate level of security of the processed personal data. The company meets the security requirements of personal data and guarantees the protection of information and computer systems from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, interruption, modification or accidental or illegal destruction of personal data.

PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:

• Personal data are processed in good faith and in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

• Personal data are collected only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and further processing will not be incompatible with these purposes.

• The personal data that are the subject of processing are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purpose for which they are collected.

• The personal data that are the subject of processing are accurate and, if necessary, updated.

• Personal data are not stored for a longer period than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

• Personal data are processed in accordance with the rights of the data subject provided by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 133 of July 8, 2011. The necessary measures will be taken to preserve the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force and the contract signed between the company and the client.

• The necessary measures will be taken so that inaccurate or incomplete data from the point of view of the purpose for which they are collected and for which they will be processed, are deleted or rectified.

• Adequate technical and organizational (procedural) measures will be taken to protect personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorized access.
